Indira Gandhi Signs a Training Contract With Drone Destination Rashtrapati Uran Academy

Drone Destination and the government-run Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA) have signed a preliminary agreement to begin offering drone pilot training programmes for aspiring professionals at the former's Amethi campus in Uttar Pradesh.

The remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) production company Hubblefly Technologies, based in Delhi, has a sibling company called Drone Destination.

In accordance with the memorandum of understanding (MoU), the institute will lend its cutting-edge facilities and Drone Destination its industry knowledge to the campus's drone pilot training programme.

IGRUA has consistently met the Indian aviation industry's escalating demand and quick technical change. It has teamed up with Drone Destination to jointly launch drone pilot training classes as part of its expansion plans, according to an announcement on Thursday.

This MoU enables both organizations to deliver the best drone training to aspirant drone professionals using IGRUA's cutting-edge infrastructure and Drone Destination's expertise in providing high quality, professional drone training," said Krishnendu Gupta, Director of IGRUA.

An entire ecosystem for RPAs, including everything from manufacturing to training, services insurance, leasing, and finance, is what Drone Destination aims to build, according to the news release.

According to Chirag Sharma, founder and CEO of Drone Destination, the comprehensive training programmers will produce responsible, industry-ready drone pilots who maintain the greatest standards of safety and security in the sky.
